At Premierien, we work fast to get your order out the door. We know plans change, so here is how cancellations and order changes work.
Order Cancellation or Changes
You can cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it. This helps us prepare and ship orders promptly.
After this 6-hour window, any cancellation request will incur a 10% processing fee to cover restocking and packaging costs.
How to Request a Cancellation or Change
Email us at support@premierien.com with your order number and the change you need. The sooner you contact us, the better we can help.
Shipped Orders
If your order has already shipped, we can't cancel it. Please accept the package, then contact us if you need a return. Our Refund Policy explains how returns work.
